Job opportunities in seven embassies of Bangladesh

Bangladesh embassies located in seven countries around the world, including the United States and India, have published a recruitment notification.

Under the Department of Economic Relations of the Ministry of Finance, a notification has been published for the recruitment of manpower in Bangladesh embassies located in seven countries of the world including the United States, India. People will be taken at the Bangladesh Embassy in Washington DC, Bangkok, Thailand, New Delhi, India, Tokyo, Japan, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Rome, Italy and Brussels, Belgium.

In these seven countries, the Economic Wing of the Bangladesh Embassy will be recruiting people for the posts of administrative officers, personal officers and cashiers and computer operators. One post of administrative officer will be taken in Bangladesh Embassy in Washington DC, Bangkok, Thailand and New Delhi, India.

One personal officer will be taken each in Bangladesh Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Tokyo, Japan, Rome, Italy and Washington DC, USA. Apart from this, one person will be appointed for the post of currency clerk cum computer operator at the Bangladesh Embassy in Brussels, Belgium.

Maximum age limit of the applicant is 53 years on the date of publication of recruitment circular. The applicant should have a minimum of eight years of service experience in the Economic Relations Department of the Ministry of Finance subject to permanent employment. However, in the case of direct recruits through PSC, the job must be permanent and have four years of experience in this department.

If the applicant has any child born after January 1, 1992 and the total number of children including that child is more than two, then the applicant cannot apply. Re-employment cannot be re-applied for at least five years after joining the Economic Relations Department at the end of service in the Economic Wing of the Bangladesh Mission.
If accused in any case related to corruption or if
government sanction has been granted against the candidate in any criminal case he will be considered ineligible for appointment. Application can be made till September 11.
